Ingredients:
2 medium onions or 300g ,chopped
? cup or 50g butter
8 cups or 2 liters water
3 cubes Chicken Stock( maggi, or available)
3 medium tomatoes or 500g, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 small cinnamon stick
? teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup or 60g rice
Preparation:
Saut? onions in the butter until tender.
Add water, Chicken Stock cubes,
tomatoes, tomato paste, cinnamon and black pepper.
Bring to boil, cover and simmer for almost 30 minutes.
Stir in rice and continue to simmer for 30 more minutes.
